The No Filter Needed protocol is a tailor-made skincare program designed to achieve healthy, radiant, and harmonious skin. By integrating non-invasive aesthetic treatments, this protocol addresses the specific needs of all skin types for a glowing and natural result. This procedure aims to :
• Even out the complexion by reducing pigment spots and redness.
• Reduce imperfections for smooth and flawless skin.
• Deeply hydrate for a plumped and revitalized effect.
• Bring radiance and improve skin texture.
The No Filter Needed protocol is an aesthetic approach designed to provide radiant, even, and naturally beautiful skin without the need for photo filters or digital retouching.
Thanks to a range of non-invasive techniques, this protocol targets skin imperfections to achieve smoother, denser, and more luminous skin.
Photo filters are often used to conceal :
• Wrinkles and fine lines : caused by skin aging and tissue laxity.
• Skin dehydration : which makes the skin dull and tired.
• Pigment spots and redness : often linked to sun exposure and hormonal factors.
• Lack of skin density : visible through facial sagging and volume loss.
• Skin irregularities : due to acne scars, enlarged pores, or damaged skin.
This protocol is indicated to :
• Reduce wrinkles and fine lines without altering the natural facial expressions.
• Restore an even and radiant complexion.
• Improve skin density and firmness.
• Reduce pigment spots and redness.
• Firm and lift the face without surgery.
The No Filter Needed protocol brings together a series of non-invasive procedures, specifically designed to give the skin density and radiance, smooth wrinkles, restore volumes, and define facial contours so there is no need for filters or photo retouching.
Botulinum toxin is injected in small amounts to relax the muscles responsible for expression wrinkles : forehead wrinkles, crow’s feet, and the frown line.
Results begin to be visible two days after and are optimal seven days after the injection.
Sessions should be repeated every 5 to 6 months, depending on the patient’s metabolism
Skinbooster injections are ‘injections’ of low cross-linked hyaluronic acid, intended to intensely hydrate the skin. This treatment is ideal for restoring suppleness and radiance to the skin while improving its quality. Skinboosters do not modify volumes, they act on skin quality by increasing hydration in a long-lasting way. Results are visible from the first session. The skin is plumped, radiant, and the “healthy glow” effect is immediate. A protocol of 2 sessions, spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, is recommended for long-lasting results.
Mesotherapy is a technique of superficial injections of vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, and hyaluronic acid that stimulates cellular regeneration and increases skin hydration. This revitalizing treatment is particularly suitable for dehydrated skin, dull or tired skin, to which it brings a visible boost of radiance and luminosity. By promoting microcirculation and providing essential nutrients, mesotherapy improves skin firmness and reduces signs of fatigue. In general, 3 to 4 sessions spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart are recommended for an optimal revitalizing effect.
The retinol peel is a treatment that acts in depth to stimulate cellular renewal and reduce skin imperfections, such as spots, fine lines, and loss of density. Retinol, a vitamin A derivative, promotes collagen production, firms the skin, and improves its elasticity. This peel is particularly suitable for mature skin, however it is recommended from the age of thirty to prevent skin aging. After 2 to 4 sessions, spaced a few weeks apart, the skin is smoother, the complexion is evened out, and signs of aging are visibly reduced, with lasting radiance.
Hyaluronic acid is injected into strategic areas to fill hollows, reshape volumes, and lift facial features.
Depending on the patient’s anatomy, several lifting techniques may be used : the Liquid face lift, the Abeille lifting, and the Butterfly lifting. These techniques are often performed by drawing inspiration from the MD codes of Dr. Mauricio de Maio.
Volume harmonization is possible for patients of all ages, in accordance with the principles of BeautiPHIcation. The most frequently treated areas are the cheekbones, the lips, the dark circles, the tear trough, the chin, and the jawline.
After an in-depth morphological analysis, Dr. Romano performs the contouring techniques best suited to the patients’ morphology, such as facial masculinization and feminization, the 7/9 points shape technique, medical strobing, 3D contouring, and Happy face.
The result is natural, volumes are harmonized, and the face is rejuvenated.
The PRX-T33 peel is an innovative biorevitalizing peel that stimulates skin synthesis without causing visible peeling. Based on modified trichloroacetic acid (TCA), PRX-T33 acts on certain imperfections such as fine lines and lack of firmness. This treatment restores radiance, evens out the complexion, and stimulates collagen production for denser and firmer skin. After 2 to 4 sessions, spaced a few weeks apart, rejuvenation is visible, the skin is smooth, luminous, and naturally revitalized.
Sculptra is an injectable product based on poly-L-lactic acid that stimulates collagen production for firmer and denser skin.
Skin quality is improved over the long term, with results lasting around two years. Thanks to the increase in skin thickness, this technique provides a subtle lifting effect.
Depending on the patient’s anatomy, one to two sessions spaced two months apart will be carried out.
The ablative laser vaporizes damaged superficial cells, while also stimulating skin regeneration and rejuvenation.
The skin is firmer, smoother, and pigment spots are reduced. In short, renewed skin with a true radiance boost.
The number of sessions required varies from one to three depending on the condition of the skin, with a two-month interval between each session.
This protocol offers several benefits :
• Natural result : each treatment is designed to enhance without transforming.
• Global rejuvenation : treatment of skin quality and radiance as well as facial volumes.
• Personalization : tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Non-invasive solutions : this protocol is an alternative to surgery.
Results are visible from the very first sessions, with a progressive improvement over the course of the treatments. In addition to smoothing and evening out the skin, the protocol helps restore firmness and natural radiance, without resorting to digital retouching.
The No Filter Needed protocol combines different aesthetic medical procedures tailored to each patient. The total cost of this treatment depends on the products used, the number of sessions required, and the therapeutic plan established during the initial consultation.
Among the products frequently used, Sculptra is often recommended for its ability to stimulate collagen production. Its price is CHF 900 per vial, with a single vial used. When hyaluronic acid injections are indicated, the fee is CHF 600 per syringe.
Skinboosters, intended to deeply rehydrate the skin and improve its suppleness, are offered at CHF 400 per syringe, with two syringes injected during the same session.
Mesolift, used to revitalize skin tissues and provide immediate radiance, is billed at CHF 300 per session.
To refine skin texture and correct certain irregularities, resurfacing techniques may be integrated into the protocol. Fractional ablative laser, often used in this context, is offered at CHF 900 per session. Medical peels may also be indicated depending on needs : the PRX-T33 peel is priced at CHF 200, while the retinol peel is offered at CHF 300. When the
protocol includes botulinum toxin injections, fees vary according to sex and the areas treated. For women, treatment of one area, such as the forehead, the frown line (between the eyebrows), or crow’s feet, is offered at CHF 300. Two areas are billed at CHF 450, and three areas at CHF 600. For men, due to stronger musculature, prices are slightly higher : one area is billed at CHF 350, two areas at CHF 500, and three areas at CHF 650.
Each protocol is fully personalized, defined after an in-depth skin analysis and a discussion of aesthetic expectations. The final estimate is provided at the end of the first medical consultation.
Patients report being satisfied with the quality of the results, describing an immediate “healthy glow” effect and a noticeable improvement in skin density and quality. They highlight a renewed sense of confidence thanks to subtle yet visible results, in line with their expectations.
To even out the complexion and reduce pigment spots, the most effective treatments are pigment lasers (such as Q-Switched laser or picosecond laser), which target melanin, gentle chemical peels based on acids (glycolic, lactic) to exfoliate and smooth the skin surface, as well as laser photorejuvenation, which acts on spots and diffuse redness. Ablative laser remains the best treatment to improve radiance and reduce pigment irregularities.
To smooth the skin and eliminate imperfections, several non-invasive techniques are recommended : mesotherapy, which stimulates collagen synthesis and tightens pores, chemical peels that improve skin quality, and non-ablative fractional laser, which intensely stimulate collagen synthesis and treat scars and irregularities. Hydrafacial is also effective for deep cleansing and smoothing skin texture.
Skinboosters (injections of low cross-linked hyaluronic acid) are ideal for deeply hydrating and plumping the skin. Mesolift, which combines hyaluronic acid and vitamins, restores radiance and suppleness. The Hydrafacial treatment, thanks to the infusion of hydrating serums, instantly revitalizes the skin. These treatments improve skin quality, firmness, and the natural radiance of the complexion.
To enhance skin texture, treatments such as gentle peels, photorejuvenation laser, and Hydrafacial are ideal. They exfoliate dead skin cells, stimulate skin regeneration, and provide deep hydration. Mesotherapy is also effective in restoring radiance and enhancing the natural luminosity of the complexion.
A personalized protocol makes it possible to adapt treatments to the specific needs of each skin type, taking into account its type, its concerns, and the desired objectives. This guarantees more effective, natural, and long-lasting results, while limiting the risk of irritation. Personalized follow-up also makes it possible to adjust care according to the skin’s evolution and to optimize results over the long term.
