Stage 1
Dr Romano uses a brush to apply a carbon solution specific to this peel to cleansed and disinfected skin.
A first laser pass is made.
The eyes are protected by special goggles.
The area is heated to 43-45°C, which has a triple effect:
Penetration of the solution into the pores.
Stimulation of skin synthesis.
Destruction of Propionibacteri Acne, the bacteria responsible for acne.
Stage 2
Two or three passes are made to pulverise the carbon particles, creating a peeling effect: the surface layer of the skin is exfoliated and the contents of the pores are destroyed.

The laser is set to 'dermal stimulation' mode to densify the skin. Two additional passes are made over the area to be treated.
After the residual carbon particles have been removed, a moisturising cream is applied.
