The Skin Restore protocol is intended for patients over forty. It can be considered a rejuvenating cure to achieve hydrated, elastic and dense skin. This treatment deeply restores the skin, which is the first contact we offer to others; preserving its freshness helps convey a harmonious, dynamic image associated with youth.
Skin aging is characterized by : a reduction in skin thickness, facial laxity due to the descent of deep tissues, the appearance of wrinkles.
The causes are multiple :
Several changes appear on an aging face, and different medical treatments make it possible to address them. Depending on the patient’s needs, hyaluronic acid injections, Skinboosters, mesotherapy, fractional lasers or medical peels may be proposed. These techniques aim to improve hydration, smooth irregularities, stimulate tissue regeneration and restore firmness.
The treatment is entirely personalized : the choice of care depends on the aesthetic objective, skin quality and the level of progression of aging.
The injection of this cocktail of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid has a dual action.
Mesolift is a true beauty routine. One session is recommended every two months.
Botulinum toxin has its role in the treatment of expression lines in the upper third of the face : forehead lines, frown lines and crow’s feet.
Nappage is a technique that combines PRP injections with intelligent and targeted points of hyaluronic acid.
PRP, platelet-rich plasma, hydrates the skin, improves local vascularization and therefore tissue regeneration. It stimulates collagen synthesis.
Hyaluronic acid injections using a lifting technique are personalized; they restore the triangle of youth by lifting ptotic tissues and smooth wrinkles caused by the descent of these tissues.
Skinboosters injections restore dermal thickness. In fact, the deepest layer of the skin, the dermis, becomes thinner over time. The dermis contributes to hydration and skin density.
After Skinboosters treatment, the skin has a baby-skin appearance
It is recommended to perform these injections once or twice a year.
Sculptra is a collagen synthesis inducer. It is composed of poly-L-lactic acid, a product long used in medical sutures. It comes in the form of a powder to be reconstituted.
This product does not create volume, it stimulates cells to synthesize denser skin and subcutaneous tissue.
The technique used is the ‘sandwich’ technique : the injection is performed at different depth levels : superficial, intermediate and deep.
The result is progressive and optimal after three months.
Results may be immediate or progressive, depending on the treatment performed.
The result is immediate for : botulinum toxin, lifting technique using hyaluronic acid injections, mesolift and PRP.
The result is visible one month after for Skinbooster injections.
The result is visible three months after for Sculptra injections.
The protocol provides for :
One annual Sculptra injection.
One annual Skinbooster injection.
One botulinum toxin injection twice a year.
One hyaluronic acid injection using a lifting technique once to twice a year.
Mesolift sessions between two and four times per year.
One annual PRP injection.
The aftercare is simple, bruising is rare and discreet, and normal activities can be resumed immediately.
As part of a management approach focused on skin restoration, several medical treatments are offered in Geneva, with fees defined according to the nature of the product or the technique used. Hyaluronic acid injections are offered at a rate of 600 CHF per syringe, while the Skinbooster, indicated for deep hydration, is billed at 400 CHF per syringe. Sculptra, which stimulates natural collagen production, is offered at 900 CHF per vial. Other revitalization protocols, such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and mesotherapy, are billed respectively at 500 CHF and 300 CHF per session.
Botulinum toxin injections are billed according to the number of treated areas and the patient’s sex (men require higher doses). For women, the fee is 300 CHF for one area, 450 CHF for two areas, and 600 CHF for three areas. For men, the fees are 350 CHF for one area, 500 CHF for two areas, and 650 CHF for three areas.
To correct skin aging, a global approach is recommended, including :
• Daily hydration with treatments rich in hyaluronic acid.
• Use of anti-aging creams containing retinol, vitamin C or peptides.
• Aesthetic treatments such as peels, lasers or hyaluronic acid injections.
• Rigorous sun protection to prevent photoaging.
• A diet rich in antioxidants to nourish the skin from within.
The main factors responsible for skin aging are :
• UV exposure.
• Smoking, which reduces cell oxygenation.
• Stress, which increases free radical production.
• Pollution, which damages the skin barrier.
• A poor diet lacking essential nutrients.
• Lack of hydration and unsuitable skincare.
The skin aging process begins as early as the age of 25, with a progressive decrease in the production of collagen and elastin. The first visible signs (wrinkles, loss of radiance) often appear between the ages of 30 and 35, becoming more pronounced over time.
• Wrinkles and fine lines, especially around the eyes and mouth.
• Loss of firmness and elasticity, leading to sagging.
• Pigmentation spots (age spots).
• Dull and uneven complexion due to slowed cell turnover.
• Dry and dehydrated skin, linked to reduced natural sebum production.
Thin and fair skin tends to age faster because it is more vulnerable to external aggressors, especially UV rays. The skin around the eyes and neck, which is naturally thinner, is also more prone to early aging.
A sudden aging of the skin may be linked to several factors : excessive sun exposure, hormonal changes (menopause, pregnancy), significant stress or chronic fatigue, rapid weight loss that can lead to skin laxity, an unbalanced diet or lack of sleep. In this case, it is advisable to consult a specialist to assess the cause and propose an appropriate treatment.
