When looking at actors and models, we often wonder what their secret is to such flawless skin. Luminous, hydrated skin, free of pigmentation with a smooth texture, is a symbol of youth, beauty, and good health.
The “Red Carpet” treatment is an aesthetic skin protocol that delivers immediate results.
There are two indications for this treatment.
The “Red Carpet” protocol combines three techniques in the same session.
The treatment begins with a Skinbooster injection. This hyaluronic acid deeply hydrates the skin, helps maintain its thickness and density, and prevents the appearance of superficial fine lines. During each session, the entire face (excluding the forehead, nose, and eye area) is treated, but doctor Romano focuses on certain ‘weak zones’, specific to each face.
The PRX-T33 peel is a 33% TCA peel whose unique composition stimulates skin synthesis without exfoliation. The TCA particles are combined with hydrogen peroxide, allowing them to penetrate the skin layers and reach the mid to deep dermis, where they stimulate the cells. Immediately after the treatment, the skin is soft, radiant, and velvety. Repeating the sessions contributes to skin densification. During each session, the entire face (excluding the forehead, nose, and eye area) is treated, but doctor Romano focuses on certain ‘weak zones’, specific to each face.
Mesolift provides immediate Skin Radiance and hydrates the skin’s superficial layer.
A blend of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid is injected into the epidermis and superficial dermis of the face, neck, and décolleté.
Doctor Romano selects the injected products based on the patient’s skin needs — the treatment is fully customized.
The skin is immediately plumped and hydrated. There is no social downtime, and the patient can resume normal activities immediately. However, on the same day, doctor Romano advises against any activity that causes sweating in the treated area (such as exercise, tanning beds, etc.).
If the protocol is being done for a special occasion, it is best to undergo the treatment the day before or a few days prior to the event.
“Red Carpet” treatments, designed to quickly enhance the appearance of the skin before an event or media appearance, are offered in Geneva at variable prices depending on the chosen protocol. Mesolift, appreciated for its immediate revitalizing effect, is priced at 300 CHF per session. Skinbooster, used to deeply redensify the skin, is billed at 400 CHF per syringe. PRX-T33 peel, widely recommended for its effectiveness without social downtime, is priced at 250 CHF per session.
These treatments are part of fast-acting aesthetic protocols performed in a strictly medical setting. The total price depends on the type of procedure performed and the number of sessions required.
A detailed quote is provided based on the patient’s skin needs.
For immediate radiance, the most recommended treatments are Hydrafacial, which deeply cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin ; mesolift (micro-injections of vitamins and hyaluronic acid) to revitalize the skin ; Skinboosters for intense hydration ; and gentle chemical peels to even out the complexion. These treatments provide quick, natural results, perfect for enhancing the skin before an event.
For light treatments like Hydrafacial, mesolift or gentle peels, it is recommended to schedule them 3 to 7 days before the event to give the skin time to recover and reduce any mild redness. For more intensive treatments like lasers or volumizing injections, plan 2 to 4 weeks in advance for the best outcome.
Photorejuvenation with IPL (intense pulsed light) targets imperfections such as pigmentation spots, redness and enlarged pores. This treatment stimulates collagen production, evens out the skin tone and gives a natural glow. It is ideal for brightening the complexion and smoothing out texture. It’s best to do it at least 2 weeks before the event.
Yes, gentle chemical peels using mild acids (such as glycolic or lactic acid) are ideal for a quick glow-up. They remove dead skin cells, refine skin texture and revive the complexion without causing intense peeling. Done 3 to 5 days before the event, a peel ensures a fresh, luminous look.
To achieve clear skin, follow a targeted skincare routine :
• Cleanse your skin morning and evening with a gentle cleanser.
• Exfoliate lightly 1 to 2 times per week.
• Use a vitamin C serum to boost radiance.
• Apply a suitable moisturizer.
• Use a hydrating or purifying mask, depending on your skin’s needs, a few days before the event.
• Make sure to hydrate well and protect your skin with SPF to prevent new imperfections from appearing.
