What are the indications ?

The Red Carpet treatment is suitable for anyone who wishes to improve the quality of their skin in an immediate way. Its versatility makes it a protocol appreciated both by young skin looking for a “glowy” effect and by mature skin wishing to revive radiance and smooth fine lines.
It can be performed at any time of the year.
This treatment is offered in two main situations :
  • A special event : a dinner, a professional meeting, a date, a ceremony. In short, any situation where you want to shine thanks to radiant, glowing skin.
  • Skin maintenance : performed every three months, this protocol is a true beauty cure and anti-aging skin treatment. It gives a fresh, glowing complexion all year long.

Treatments to achieve celebrity-like skin

The Red Carpet protocol is based on a synergy of complementary techniques, each with a precise and essential action to achieve an immediate and harmonious result.
Three techniques are combined during the same session.

Skinbooster

The treatment begins with an injection of Skinbooster. This hyaluronic acid deeply hydrates the skin, helps maintain its thickness and density, and prevents the appearance of superficial fine lines.
During each session, the entire face (except the forehead, nose and orbital area) is treated, but Dr. Romano focuses on certain “weak spots,” specific to each face.

PRX-T33 Peel

The PRX-T33 peel is a 33% TCA peel whose unique composition allows it to stimulate skin synthesis without exfoliation. The TCA particles are combined with hydrogen peroxide, enabling them to penetrate the skin layers down to the mid and deep dermis and stimulate cells at that level.
Immediately after the procedure, the skin feels soft, luminous, and velvety. Repeated sessions contribute to increased skin density.

Mesolift

The mesolift provides an immediate glow and hydrates the superficial layer of the skin.
A blend of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, antioxidants and hyaluronic acid is injected into the epidermis and superficial dermis of the face, neck and décolleté.
Dr. Romano selects the injected products based on the patient’s skin needs, making the treatment fully customized.

Results and aftercare

The skin is immediately plumped and hydrated. There is no social downtime and the patient can resume their activities right away. On the same day, however, Doctor Romano advises against any activity that causes sweating in the treated area (sports, UV booth…).
The skin immediately regains its radiance, as the surface is smoother, better hydrated and more even. This improvement allows light to reflect more evenly, hence the healthy-glow effect observed right at the end of the treatment. Patients consistently describe a fresher, clearer and visibly more rested complexion.
If the protocol is carried out for an important occasion, it is preferable to undergo it the day before or a few days prior to the event.

What aesthetic treatments are recommended to achieve glowing skin before a special event ?

For an immediate glow, the most recommended treatments are Hydrafacial, which deeply cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin, mesolift (injections of vitamins and hyaluronic acid) to revitalize the skin, Skinboosters for intense hydration, and gentle peels that even out the complexion. These treatments offer a quick and natural result, perfect for enhancing the skin before an event.

For light treatments such as Hydrafacial, mesolift or gentle peels, it is recommended to undergo them 3 to 7 days before the event to allow the skin time to regenerate and to eliminate any minor redness. For more intensive treatments such as lasers or volumizing injections, plan 2 to 4 weeks for an optimal result.

Photorejuvenation with intense pulsed light (IPL) targets imperfections such as pigmentation spots, redness and enlarged pores. This treatment stimulates collagen production, evens out the complexion and provides a natural glow. It is ideal for brightening the skin and smoothing irregularities. It is recommended to undergo it at least 2 weeks before the event.

Yes, gentle chemical peels with light acids (such as glycolic or lactic acid) are perfect for a quick glow. They remove dead skin cells, refine skin texture and revive the complexion without causing intense peeling. Performed 3 to 5 days before the event, the peel ensures a fresh and luminous complexion.

To achieve clear skin, adopt a targeted skincare routine : cleanse your skin morning and evening with a gentle cleanser ; exfoliate lightly once or twice a week ; apply a vitamin C serum to boost radiance ; use a suitable moisturizer ; do a hydrating or purifying mask a few days before the event ; finally, make sure to hydrate and protect your skin with daily sunscreen.
