Risks and side effects <\/h2>\n

The other major aspect under FDA scrutiny concerns risks. Like all medicines, these treatments have side effects. The most frequent affect the digestive system: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea or constipation. These symptoms may be temporary but are sometimes troublesome enough to lead to discontinuation.
Questions also persist about more serious risks. Some signals suggest a possible increased risk of pancreatitis or even thyroid conditions. The first is trivialisation: many people seek these treatments without a medical indication, sometimes through unsafe channels. The second is shortages: massive demand strains production, sometimes depriving diabetic patients for whom these medicines are vital.<\/p>\n
