Elle permet d\u2019\u00e9vacuer la chaleur et de maintenir une temp\u00e9rature interne stable. Cependant, chez certaines personnes, ce processus devient excessif, incontr\u00f4lable et parfois invalidant. On parle alors d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/drromanovaleria.ch\/besoins\/corps\/hypersudation-hyperhidrose\/\">hyperhidrose<\/a>, une affection qui peut toucher jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 % de la population.<br \/>L\u2019hyperhidrose peut \u00eatre localis\u00e9e (aisselles, mains, pieds, visage) ou g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e. aisselles pour limiter la prolif\u00e9ration bact\u00e9rienne responsable des odeurs.<\/li><li>S\u00e9chage minutieux apr\u00e8s la toilette, notamment entre les orteils ou sous les bras, pour limiter l\u2019humidit\u00e9 r\u00e9siduelle.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Le choix des produits utilis\u00e9s est \u00e9galement d\u00e9terminant :<\/p><ul><li>Privil\u00e9gier des d\u00e9odorants sans alcool et, si possible, enrichis en agents apaisants.<\/li><li>En cas de transpiration localis\u00e9e, recourir \u00e0 des antisudoraux contenant du chlorure d\u2019aluminium (sur prescription ou en vente libre),
