What is the tear trough ?<\/h2>\n

The tear trough is an anatomical groove between the lower orbital rim and upper cheek. It primarily reflects subcutaneous volume loss, ligament laxity and reduced infraorbital bone support. Hollowing interrupts eyelid-cheek continuity, creating tired-looking eyes.
