r\u00e9paration tissulaire, en pr\u00e9servant l\u2019\u00e9quilibre hormonal et m\u00e9tabolique global.<br \/>Ce que nous mangeons chaque jour fa\u00e7onne profond\u00e9ment la structure du derme, l\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 de la peau, sa luminosit\u00e9, et sa capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Parmi eux, quatre processus majeurs sont directement influenc\u00e9s\u00a0 par notre alimentation : le stress oxydatif, l\u2019inflammation chronique, la glycation, et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du microbiote intestinal.<br \/>Le stress oxydatif survient lorsqu\u2019il y a un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre entre les radicaux libres (mol\u00e9cules instables g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es notamment par la pollution, les UV, le tabac ou une mauvaise alimentation) et les antioxydants charg\u00e9s de les neutraliser. Une alimentation riche en antioxydants naturels (vitamine C, E, polyph\u00e9nols, carot\u00e9no\u00efdes&#8230;) permet de limiter ces dommages, qui touchent les membranes cellulaires, l\u2019ADN et les prot\u00e9ines structurales de la peau.<br \/>L\u2019inflammation chronique de bas grade, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e \u201cinflammaging\u201d, est une inflammation silencieuse mais persistante qui favorise la d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence des tissus, acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la perte de collag\u00e8ne, et affaiblit l\u2019immunit\u00e9. Elle peut \u00eatre aliment\u00e9e par des exc\u00e8s de sucre, de graisses transform\u00e9es, d\u2019alcool, ou de produits ultra-transform\u00e9s.<br \/>La glycation est un processus par lequel le sucre se fixe aux prot\u00e9ines (notamment le collag\u00e8ne et l\u2019\u00e9lastine), les rendant rigides et dysfonctionnelles. Le r\u00e9sultat est une peau qui perd en \u00e9lasticit\u00e9, en tonicit\u00e9 et se ride plus rapidement. Une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas et pauvre en sucres raffin\u00e9s limite fortement ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne.<br \/>Enfin, le microbiote intestinal, v\u00e9ritable organe \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans la r\u00e9gulation de l\u2019immunit\u00e9, de l\u2019inflammation, de l\u2019absorption des nutriments et m\u00eame dans la production de certaines vitamines.
