L\u2019effet du traitement \u00e9volue naturellement pendant les 10 \u00e0 15 jours suivant l\u2019injection. Il n\u2019est donc pas recommand\u00e9 de corriger imm\u00e9diatement un effet M\u00e9phisto qui appara\u00eet d\u00e8s le 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> ou 4<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> jour. Dans certains cas, tout rentre dans l\u2019ordre spontan\u00e9ment au fil des jours.<\/li><li>Une retouche cibl\u00e9e et tr\u00e8s localis\u00e9e\u00a0: si, apr\u00e8s deux semaines, l\u2019asym\u00e9trie persiste, la correction est simple, rapide et tr\u00e8s efficace. Elle consiste \u00e0 injecter une tr\u00e8s petite quantit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire de toxine botulique (souvent 1 ou 2 unit\u00e9s), directement dans les fibres lat\u00e9rales sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es du muscle frontal, afin de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer la tension musculaire et d\u2019abaisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la queue du sourcil. Le geste dure quelques secondes et ne n\u00e9cessite aucune anesth\u00e9sie, ni pr\u00e9caution particuli\u00e8re.
